Insomnia
For some reason, I have an irate inability to concentrate when things need to be done. This explains why I am still up (okay, and also due to a partial candy rush from raisinets - godly stuff!) redrafting the proposal that doesn’t want to be completed.
On a side note, my rented place feels on the verge of collapsing from the crazy winds reportedly gusting at 50km/h. Scary! But I kinda hope...

Junior-to-be with 96 credits
Wowee! I just checked my unofficial transcript and realized that I have 96 credits. I only need 120 credits to graduate (24 more to go)! Haha, so technically I’m pretty much close to graduation after 2 years in the US. BUT, I can’t! Not yet anyway, stupid liberal arts requirements (I have historical perspectives left) and I pretty much wasted freshman year dabbling in mortuary science...

I hate sirens .. & packing .. & beggars
I hate it when sirens go blaring (bloop-bleep-bloop-bleep) in the night. It makes me feel so unsafe and irritates the nightly peace. And people will stop and stare at the trucks rumbling past with their flashing lights. An exceptional hazard - human traffic obstruction, irritant and distraction!

We are now a Lexus family! Mum’s getting her gs 450 soon and the remaining cars at home are all Lexus-es. Therefore, Lexus family!
However, I branched out and become a solo Beemer ((: bro has his supra in aus as well so it’s individualistic solo choices but a collective Lexus togetherness. Fun!

Driving on the other side of the road...
So the perilous journey starts Friday, July 30 2010, after 3pm. I get my car and have to switch gears (pardon the pun) from having the driver’s seat on the left to having the driver’s seat on the right. Exciting much, hell yeah! I hope I make all turns correctly and not damage my ‘monaco blue’ twin turbo baby!

In eleven days, I get done with summer classes!
An additional fourteen days later, I have to be back on campus. (these 14 days are potentially planned to be spent roadtripping to Chicago/Boston in my 335xi)
Add seven days to that and I have to be out of the Otter lodge.
The next few days will be spent moving, and packing and cleaning.
Fall semester starts September 9.
